Shipping policy
Keeton Kreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer. Keeton Kreations is not responsible for any items that are damaged, lost in transit, or delayed due to the shipping carrier or weather related issues. Once your package has been mailed and tracking information has been sent, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order arrives damaged, you can submit a claim with the shipping provider. If the claim is approved, Keeton Kreations will send a replacement item. Keeton Kreations has no control over the outcome of the claim with the shipping company. The customer will have to contact the shipping company directly for a reason as to why the claim was denied. In order to receive a replacement order, the customer will have to return the damaged item back to us. Once received, a replacement item will be made and sent.
